Triple Agent Tom Bond

Prediction-- Jacob Phelps is a triple agent. We know he was recruited by The Major, later hired by Red and eventually worked for Berlin ( Although he wasn't devoted to Berlin and only did so because it would allow him to remain loyal and married to Liz.) Recall the symbol on the box under the floorboards, the box in Gina Z's apartment, the symbol on the envelope that contained proof Red killed Sam and finally the scar on Liz's wrist. This symbol does not represent Red, Berlin or The Major. Jacob works for someone else that we have not yet met.
